Payment & Purchases

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Solo, Visa Electron, JCB, and Maestro. To protect the privacy of your information, we process all transactions using Shopify, a highly secure platform for online transactions.

No, currently we do not offer recurring payment options. All payments must be made in full at the time of your purchase.

Shipping

We ship to the UK

Orders placed before 2pm on Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped the same day and will typically arrive to you within 48 hours.

Our standard UK delivery times are 48 hours tracked. However, if you need your items sooner, simply select the ‘next day delivery’ upgrade option at checkout.

For UK deliveries, we use either Royal Mail, DHL, DPD, Hermes or Fedex. For the EU, our courier varies.

UK orders over £50 are shipped for free, with 48-hour delivery and tracking. UK orders below £50 incur a £3.50 shipping fee. EU shipping costs are calculated at checkout

Returns

We are happy to accept returns of any unused and unopened product within 30 days of receiving your item. This is separate to our 30-day money back guarantee policy.

One time purchase:

If you need to return any product(s), simply contact us at info@thegutco.com and include the original order number in your email. We cover the cost of returns and will provide you with a shipping label to send the product(s) back to us. Upon receiving the returned product(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that this return policy does not apply to subscription orders.

Subscription order:

If you would like to return any product(s) purchased as part of a subscription, please contact us at info@thegutco.com within thirty (30) days of your order, including the original order number in your email. We will cover the cost of return and will provide you with a shipping label to send the product(s) back to us. Upon receiving the returned product(s), we will issue a store credit that you can use towards your next purchase.

If your order has already been shipped, we cannot stop, alter or refund it.

Cancelling a subscription after the order is shipped will apply only to future orders. It is the customers responsibility to notify us of the cancellation request at least 2 working days before the order is due to be shipped. Failure to do this will result in the order being shipped, in which case it is non-refundable.

Our monthly subscription plans are structured to make your life easy. Any time you add a product to a subscription plan, we’ll take care of making sure you receive it at your door each month, without the hassle of reordering. Any products included within your subscription are also available at a 20% discount for the duration of your subscription!
